This is a beer restaurant with lots of meat dishes on the menu. Most of the specialties, from duck breast to steak, are grilled. You are expected to drink it all down with craft beer, of which there are about fifty varieties on offer. If you are concerned about staying in shape, you probably should not venture into Brown Bear Grill as dinners are large and very filling here. Live gigs are played on weekend nights. The TV gets turned on for major sports events. The restaurant has two areas: dining and bar. The decor is strictly no frills: you are here to eat and drink and do not you dare forget this! They serve business lunch here in the afternoon on weekdays, with a new menu every day.

The football on TV and rivers of beer notwithstanding, BEERLOZHA knows how to be a place for everyone, not just a hangout for men. The menu is the meat-lover's scripture and a draw that never fails. Goulash, pelmeni, steaks, home-made sausages, shin of pork, assorted meat plate… None of that haute cuisine nonsense! Everything is solid, basic, good… About a dozen draft beers are on offer to complement the meat.

The walls are draped over with T-shirts of Kazan footballers and TVs with sports channels on most of the time. There is a party room, which holds about 20 people.
