600 volunteers involved in Confederations Cup 2017 test matches

Around 400 activists assisted during the Rubin – CSKA match

600 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ Volunteer Centre activists were involved in organizing test matches at the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 stadiums in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Kazan.

In Moscow, 200 activists assisted during Spartak – Terek game, which was held at the Spartak Stadium and had a sold-out. Volunteers were involved in following functions: Transport, Catering, Ceremonies, Information Technologies, Media Interaction, Managing Objects, Volunteer Management, Cleaning and Waste Management, Hospitality.

In Kazan, at the Rubin – CSKA match, about 400 volunteers assisted in the following areas: Media Interaction, Services for Spectators, Information Technologies, Cleaning and Waste Management, Transport, Arrivals and Departures, Protocol, Working with Teams, Managing Objects, Volunteer Management.

Also, five activists helped in the Media Interaction function at the Saint Petersburg Stadium during the Zenit – Krasnodar match.
