Chileans receive more than 3,5 thousand FAN IDs in Kazan

Chile national team will play against the Portuguese team in the Confederations Cup semi-final at the Kazan Arena on Wednesday

In Kazan guests from Chile have received more than 3 thousand FAN IDs, which are necessary for attending the FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017 matches. This was announced by the Minister of Informatization and Communications of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov.

Chile national team will play against the Portuguese team in the Confederations Cup semi-final on Wednesday. The meeting will be held in Kazan and will start at 9:00 p.m. Moscow time.

"Chile fans received 3,615 FAN IDs, Mexico - 1,652," he explained. According to the media service of the Ministry, the Portuguese issued 400 FAN ID in Kazan.

According to Shaikhutdinov, there were no negative responses from fans regarding FAN IDs. FAN ID together with the ticket gives an opportunity of free travel to the place of the match on special trains that run between the host cities of the tournament, and also in public transport of the city where the match takes place. Foreigners and stateless persons with FAN ID have the right of visa-free entry to Russia within 10 days before the first Confederations Cup match and 10 days after the final.

You can receive your FAN ID immediately after the purchase of  the tournament match tickets and you can get it free of charge in the issuing centre or receive by mail. In Kazan, there are two FAN ID issuing centres at Ulitsa (Street) Baumana, 44/8 and Ulitsa (Street) Chetayeva, 10. Also three additional temporary FAN ID issuing centres were deployed at the Kazan Arena. In these tents, more than 4,000 FAN IDs were promptly issued during the matches.
