Non-accredited media center to open for FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017

Four multimedia media centers to open, one for each city – Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan and Sochi

Members of the media who were not accredited for the FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017 will be able to make use of media centers set up for the event. The centers will also be accessible to all journalists who were accredited by FIFA.

The multimedia media centers will open in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan and Sochi, one in each city. The will operate from June 15 to July 3. The venues will host daily press conferences and briefings with athletes, city and regional authorities, industry representatives and celebrities. Guided press tours will also be provided.

Journalists may be accredited via footballcitymediacenter.ru and  footballcitymediacenter.com. After receiving accreditation, members of the press are granted access to all four media centers.

The venues will operate from 10 a. m. until late night and will provide journalists with access to work places with necessary equipment and free Wi-Fi. Each event will have simultaneous interpreting. Moreover, the Confederation Cup games will be broadcast at the media centers.

Confederation Cup matches will be held in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan and Sochi from June 17 to July 2, 2017.​
