Passengers can leave video complaints at Moscow railway stations

Five terminals for video messages were installed at Kazansky and Leningradsky railway stations in Moscow, m24.ru reported citing press service of Railway Station Directorate at Russian Railways.
Using the terminals passengers can record and send a question or make a complaint directly to the management of railway stations. All responses will be published on the official website of Russian Railways. It is planned to install the terminals on all railway stations in Moscow before the end of 2016.
