Germany advances to the Confederations Cup 2017 final to face Chile

In the semi-final the Germans defeated the Mexico team 4 - 1

The German national team became the second finalist of the FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017. In the semi-final the Germans defeated the Mexican team 4 - 1 at the Fisht Stadium in Sochi.

Leon Goretska, scored a doulbe the 6th and 8th minutes. Timo Werner (59) and Amin Younes (90) also scored for the winners. The Mexicans had one goal, authored by Marco Fabian (89).

In the final game, scheduled  July 2 at the Saint   Petersburg Stadium, the Germans will meet the Chilean team, and the Mexicans will play the match for third place at Moscow's Spartak Stadium with the Portuguese team on the same day.
