Troika card can be used to visit Tretyakov Gallery

Moscow authorities are considering the possibility of using the Troika card as a ticket to the State Tretyakov Gallery, according to Deputy Head of the Department of Transportation and Development of road transport infrastructure of Moscow Alina Bisembaeva.

"During the year, there will be new partners, including, as we expect, the Tretyakov Gallery. We are currently working on a technical solution," Bisembaeva said. She noted that the Troika card can be already used as a ticket to the Moscow Zoo, ice rinks in winter, and the Moscow Planetarium.

“Troika” and mobile communications

The possibility to attach a transport pass Troika to a mobile phone number, thus to personalize it, will be available in September-October 2016, Bisembaeva said.

"We expect to finish the project of personification the card with mobile phones in September- October," she said, adding that a loyalty program will be launched next.
