11 hotels of varying price categories to appear in Moscow in 2017

11 hotels will be built in the capital in 2017. This was announced by the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, after inspecting the new hotel Hilton Garden Inn on Verkhnaya Krasnoselskaya Ulitsa..

 "This year we will put into commission 11 hotels, the tourist business is becoming an increasingly important part of the Moscow economy, and this year we expect that the number of tourists will approach 18 million people," the mayor said. He noted that the FIFA World Cup 2018 Russia™ will become another driver of the development of the tourism industry in Moscow.

Over the past six years, 42 hotels with a total of 7 thousand rooms have been built and reconstructed in Moscow, not counting mini-hotels and hostels.
