Saint Petersburg metro on the FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017 matches days will run until 1:30 a.m. This was reported in the metro media service.

"In order to ensure the need for mass transportation of passengers after the Confederations Cup matches at the Saint Petersburg stadium the metro work hours will be prolonged," the report said.

On the nights of June 18, 23 and 25, the stations will close to the passanger entrance at 1:30 a.m. At the same time, part of the vestibules near the "Prospect Veteranov", "Leninsky Prospekt", "Ploschad Lenina", "Moskovskaya", which have several exits, will close at the usual time. Also, the prolonged mode of operation will not affect stations "Technologichesky Institut 1", "Ploschad Alexandra Nevskogo 2", "Dostoyevskaya" and "Spasskaya". The lobby of the second station "Nevsky Prospekt" will close for the entrance and exit of passengers at 11:00 p.m.
