Three new Metro stations open in Moscow

Moscow metro has opened three new stations. According to the Moscow administration media service, the Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya (yellow) Line section from Park Pobedy to Ramenki entered into operation.

Minskaya station is situated under the eponymous street in the area between the Memorial mosque and railway viaduct. Passenger flow will be around 8.7 thousand people a day. Lomonosovsky Prospect station is located at the intersection of Michurinsky and Lomonosovsky avenues. Graphic digits are used for interior design, symbolizing STEM disciplines, as well as the station's proximity to the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Average passenger traffic at the station will be 100 thousand people per day. Ramenky station  is expected to be the busies with a throughput of 120 thousand people per day.

Navigation between the Business Center and Park Pobedy stations is functionally operating with train traffic in both directions. Now five stations of the yellow line are available for passengers.

At the Park Pobedy station a second entrance was opened. This station is the deepest in the Moscow Metro, situated 85 meters below ground.
