Sufra is a pretty popular Azeri restaurant, occupying a space on the top floors of a corporate centre high-rise, where one of the perks is a great view of the city and the sunset. In summer, it’s nice to sit out on the porch (but make your reservation well ahead of time!). The best seating in winter is in the middle of the main room (there are four rooms in the restaurant), underneath the grand chandelier. The food is great, the servings generous and the prices affordable. They do not charge any extra for the view. Here are a few titles, to give you a “taste” of the menu: kufta bozbash, shah pilaf (enough for a group), la.m. qutab, homemade quince jam. They have delivery service.
