Sorriso’s three Italian proprietors - Maurizio Bonetti, Matteo Rattazzi and Andrea Lanzetti - and the Italian chef, Gaetano Zambito, make sure this place is every bit a match for any Osteria bar on the Apennine Peninsula. They decided to forego pizza – a genre unto itself – and focused instead on all of the rest of what Italian cuisine has to offer: pasta, gnocchi, grilled sea bass, tartars, carpaccio, and a plethora of other delicious specialties. The wine list is exclusively Italian. Your server will gladly guide you as which wines go best with your food.
