This two-story restaurant serves American food. It smells like freshly baked bread and meat. As you enter, you plunge into the tumult of many people talking excitedly. The food is great, and they’ve really done their homework on the drinks. On the burger side, they have a vegan burger, pike burger, and pastrami sandwich. Business lunch is available on weekday afternoons. The cocktail menu is the creation of Dev Johnson, the New York bartender who worked at Double Bar when it first opened. Apart from the long drinks, they have local craft beer, proudly highlighted as “Urals Crafted” on the menu. You can tell their wine list was drawn up with care, not just thrown together randomly. They also have every other kind of alcohol expected to be available in a bar.
