The restaurant serves game. Here they try to use products from the surrounding forests, pastures and farm lands of Mushkino estate. There’s venison, boar, rabbit, duck. All products are incorporated in the national Russian and Baltic dishes. Brand-chief Nikolay Zinyakov, who once worked in the Moscow cafe Pushkin is responsible for the menu, which is updated every three months. Periodically, one can find here mushrooms soup in a bread bowl, Olivier salad with deer meat, deer ossobuco with pressed potatoes, home-made dumplings. Every day there’s a deal on business lunch, there are two varieties of it - simpler and more complicated. Also on the menu there is a separate section with seasonal dishes. On weekends there’s live music.
