To create a genuine Caucasian and Central Asian atmosphere the bistro’s owners have been able to infect the whole team - from the Maitr’ d to the dishwasher - with a special spirit. The result is a very special place with great dishes - chebureks with lamb, veal and pork, chicken and greens or real khinkali, manty and, of course, pilaf with mutton.
