The chef takes a serious approach to food: there are no trivial salads, but plenty of parsnips, celery and smoked cod. The healthy soups made with baked beetroot, leeks or broccoli are delicious. There are also pasta dishes, teriyaki chicken, beef with foxberry and cod with shiitake mushrooms. The room is always full of foreigners as Zoom can be found in any travel guide.
